How to Apply

  1. Download, print (single-sided), and fill out the Program Selection form and Common Application forms. DO NOT complete these forms electronically, print the forms double-sided, or staple the forms. 

  2. Scan all forms (Program Selection and Common Application forms) as a single PDF and upload to the online portal

  3. Complete payment upon request of staff. Staff will review your application electronically and send you the link to complete payment. Please allow for 5-7 business days to receive this email from staff. 

  4. Deliver the fully and correctly filled out forms to John Meany either upon arrival at registration or by mailing them to arrive prior to the program start date. If you are mailing the forms in, you will receive the mailing address via email upon review of your forms. 

Deadline

The deadline to apply for programs in June is May 15, 2025. The deadline to apply for programs in July is June 7, 2025.

Refunds

There are no program refunds. Payment is good for a calendar year and may be used for 2025 Claremont Summer programming. If a student is unable to attend the 2025 program, the applicant may receive a voucher certificate for the value of the applicant’s 2025 program that may be applied toward registration fees for 2026. The voucher is not transferable and is only available for 2026 summer programming. A non-refundable conference administrative processing fee of $35 is included in the fee total for each session.

    Deadline to Apply: May 15

    Commuter Student: $735

    Residential Student: $1,135

    A non-refundable conference administrative processing fee of $35 is included in the fee total for each session.

  • June 21 - 26 Middle School Debate, Session 1

    Deadline to Apply: May 15

    Commuter Student: $1,035

    Residential Student: $1,485

    A non-refundable conference administrative processing fee of $35 is included in the fee total for each session.

  • July 8 - 14 High School International Debate

    Deadline to Apply: June 7

    Commuter Student: $1,035

    Residential Student: $1,485

    A non-refundable conference administrative processing fee of $35 is included in the fee total for each session.

  • July 14 - 20 High School Leadership & Professional Communication

    Deadline to Apply: June 7
