Step 1: Judge Training Guide

This guide is designed for new and experienced judges attending Middle School Public Debate Program (MSPDP) competitions. Certified debate judges assist students – they observe debates, take notes, and evaluate performances. Judges offer constructive feedback to guide student learning for future debates, as well as academic and pre-professional presentations.
